Located on the first floor of Waterloo Tourism, inside the Municipal Museum of Waterloo, this immersive VR exhibition transports you to Saint Helena in 1817, into Napoleon’s final residence. Equipped with a virtual reality headset, you will hear the Emperor’s confidences and relive the defining moments that shaped his legend.
Memories unfold all around you. Witness the staff meeting on the eve of the Battle of Austerlitz, experience the powerful charge of the cuirassiers, watch the rise of the Vendôme Column, feel the icy atmosphere of the Berezina, and follow Napoleon on his final journey to Saint Helena. Each scene is carefully recreated to offer a striking immersion into the Napoleonic epic.
