The Cultural Centre of Waterloo presents the exhibition « The Invisible Threads of Change », featuring photographers Satyaki Ghosh and Marjorie Goffart Aulakh.
Women at the heart of fair trade.Satyaki Ghosh is a Mumbai based photographer, known for his expression of simplicity, a visual language that captures the raw, often surreal beauty of human life. Shaped by his early immersion in black and white photography and meaningful cinema, Satyaki brings emotional depth and clarity to every image. His photography dissolves cultural boundaries, creating visual narratives that reflect the universal essence of life.
Through authentic moments of life, deep emotions and strong personalities, Belgian Indian photographer Marjorie Goffart Aulakh develops a critical and supportive awareness around responsible consumption, gender equality and the economic empowerment of women.An Oxfam World Shops campaign
With the support of the non profit organisation Mala India.Meetings with volunteers from local humanitarian organisations and citizen discussions around responsible consumption, social justice and the role of women in the economy.

- Opening reception at 6 p.m.

- Wednesday, March 4: 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., Oxfam afternoon snack and meeting with volunteers
- Sunday, March 8: Breakfast at 10 a.m., Oxfam afternoon snack and meeting with volunteers from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
